I met Terrisa West at the Fall Creek Market Vintage Faire, last weekend. She specializes in Clothing as Art, and One of a kind Custom Designs.
The skirt that she is wearing is from many bits and pieces of vintage crochet, and lace, put together as many layers. Really cute! She also had other really fun pieces to select from.
