The Cowgirl's Cookbook

 This is one of my finds on Saturday.  A new, fun, cookbook.  This book is full of vintage photographs, wonderful artwork, great quotations, and facts. The recipes are unusual and fun. There are some for the dutch oven. I think that I convert most of the recipes to the dutch oven. Page 72, Kickin' Apple Pie Enchiladas. I am making this one next dutch oven cookout, and I will amaze my fellow dutch oven cooks! This recipe has chipotle peppers mixed into apple pie filling. Hum....yummy!
