2015 Canning Magazine
Do you like to can, or make unusual preserves? This magazine just might be for you....There is a recipe for Elderberry Preserves inside, and I am going to make it with wild Elderberries. The berries will not be ripe for several weeks. There are many interesting recipes with Tomatoes, I think that I will harvest buckets of tomatoes...and will try a few.
