I have been reading that there is a trick to make ice tea that is not bitter. This is news to me.....hum, well I am going to give it a try. The trick is to add a tiny bit of baking soda to the hot tea. Hum...again...I normally make sun tea and add a bit of sweetener, and lemon, while it is still warm. Next time I will add 1/8 teaspoon for a 1/2 gallon. I am skeptical...
