I have watched Dr Northrup on several shows and I was impressed enough to purchase a book or two.
I found this book at a used bookstore. I thought that her title was unusual and that I would go ahead and read it.
I am about 1/2 way through my reading and I am impressed. She has so much great information and I am starting to follow her suggestions. Chapter 1 alone, was worth the purchase.
I highly recommend this book, it is a few years old, and you can easily find a used copy online.
