What I know for sure...we all have the ability to make choices for ourselves.
Sometimes the choices are a hard thing to do, it is difficult to give up a belief about what we thought would happen. I have learned this lesson...sometimes we need to grieve about the loss, and to change decisions and direction.
I believe that delaying is a choice, and I am guilty of that action. It is an easy thing to do...taking no action. Ultimately, I am the person suffering... my spirit, my body, and my health.
