This garlic head fills my hand, there are wonderful, large cloves inside.
I harvested my garlic crop today. Wow, what a great harvest, about 40 heads. The heads are very large! I have been saving the best heads every year, and planting the cloves every fall, mid-October. My result is getting a climate specific garlic head from my garden. This way I am developing a variety unique and good for me.
