OK, that's all and good. Great even. Situations create difficulties, such as mine. The Old Man is getting much better, health wise. Yes, he is. 
The economic situation is getting worse and worse. I think it is going to become critical for Baby Boomers who are retired. We are usually living on a fixed income that will not change until the next cost of living increase, and that may be only 5%.  We just cannot take the big hits. At least I didn't plan for the price of everything to suddenly skyrocket. We are creative and inventive for "old folks", and still we are going to tighten the belt (so to say). Stubborn as we are for good "golden years", we are getting priced out of things (like a new truck). Or a used Truck...Real estate! Well, there just is not anything for sale. If a home is for sale, it is a shack for only $359,999. What?  And people are buying these wreaks. 
The sooner he is gone....the better. Shame on You!
