I took this pic today. I only had two nights, so my outside stuff is at a minimum. There were Signs put up about Bears in the area. So, the less I have outdoors...the better. I put away almost everything before dark. I didn't see any bear sign or tracks...
The solitude was wonderful. I weather was nice, not too hot or cold. I read a book on my Ipad until the battery was dead. Then, on my cell phone.
Kona missed me like crazy, she was so happy that I am home. She is sticking right beside me this evening.
Tomorrow, I am back to the ugly truth. An atmospheric river of rain is again headed at the Pacific NW for the weekend.
