There has been a large old milk can at the local thrift store for about 6 months. The real thing! It was priced way too high. My patience finally paid off, and it was marked down 50%. Of course I purchased it.
My idea is to use it as a base for a bird bath.
There is a local business that makes all kinds of concrete items for the garden. I think that I will get a small birdbath bowl from him.
That will work well, and during the freezing season, I will remove it.
