Vintage MCM Christmas Table Top Runner 46x19"
This is a Goodwill Find. I didn't find any information on it, except for this Pinterest photo. My guess is that it is from about 1960, because the edges are finished with the heavy thread binding. It is a long oval in shape. The art design is newer, 1960's.
If this runner was from the 1940's to 1950's, it would have been made into a long rectangular runner, or a small tablecloth.
It has not been used, because it is factory perfect. There is some yellowing from age. I think to hand wash it with some oxy and a little Dawn will clean it. Then let it air dry.
