I saw a photo, much like this one...and I was inspired to make one for myself. I have had a lace curtain valance forever. It is time to get creative!
I visited many thrift stores until I found a treasure trove. Yesterday, I was at the antique fair and found more. I think that I have about 40...that should be enough. If not, more are waiting to be saved.
