My first try at cooking a duck dinner was wildly successful. I found a recipe named Fool Proof Wild Duck, it used orange marmalade, orange juice and involved using an oven bake bag for 2 hours. Delicious! I also made pumpkin custard (with my homegrown pie pumpkins) for dessert. Success!!
