This craft idea is really fun and not costly. First, find yourself an old hardcase suitcase. It needs to be in good shape, so your work is less. Make sure to look and smell the interior, you don't one that looks and smells bad. I found a small green one, just the right size for my notebook laptop, nook, and other things that I like to take with me. I have fabric for the sides and I found this tutorial for the instructions- www.the36thavenue.com and look down the right side to a pic of the suitcase for the instructions. I like the base color, green, of my found suitcase (cost $3.50), and don't want to paint it...that is a good thing.
