I was shopping at Home Goods about 10 days ago. The store has had Halloween decor for a few weeks...of course the merchandise changes pretty quickly there. Anyway, they had black owls for Halloween for $10 to $20. Most were covered with black glitter. You know that I thought about DIY. Just stop by the thrift stores for owls or other items to paint black. So I did, my makeover owls cost nearly $1. Not bad! They will be fun to use.
