Mountain Pass Dutch Oven cooks, here in Oakridge, Oregon had the November gathering on Saturday. The theme was Thanksgiving, just two weeks early. We enjoyed many side dishes, and a turkey cooked in a very large dutch oven. The two pots in the front of this photo are the ones hubby and I made yesterday. The left one is a onion, Swiss cheese, and bread recipe. The one on the right is excellent, butternut squash and apples seasoned with cinnamon, butter and brown sugar. I always get requests for the recipe, and compliments.
