I think that this small sentence, "I choose to be kind to myself.", is one of the most important things to remember when you feel badly. It is not any good to beat-up yourself, to be hyper critical, and destructive to yourself. You must remember to take care of yourself, and to treat yourself with kindness, love, and gentleness. Isn't that the way you would want to be treated by others? Do it, and practice doing it to yourself. You will be better for it....
