I finally went to my doctor to get a referral for physical therapy for my left foot. The Plantar Fasciistis is stubborn and I need help. She suggested that I get one of these for icing my foot. It is a good device. My appointments are a week away, and my foot hurts terribly. I immediately got one of these and starting using it as prescribed. I am getting relief, my foot pain is less and the swelling is down. If you or someone you know has the same problem....this is highly recommended by me.
