I am slowly going about the task of removing extra, unwanted stuff, from my life and home. All I need to do is watch a couple of Hoarders shows to get my mojo moving. I saw an area where I could be very affective. The stored VHS tapes that are just collecting dust. I filled a garbage can about 60% with about 100 of the non-commercial self-made tapes of old shows. Wow! That sure felt good. I held on to my daughter's Disney VHS Movies, about 25. I gave the thrift store about 60 commerically made Movies. This small town has a large population of folks who still watch VHS...sort of a metaphor.....about this town.
I read online that there is a market for the rare VHS movies, and they sell for big money.
Further cleaning and dusting the area, and also rearranging, made for a much better and useful area. I am happy to have accomplished this project.
