I have been making my own trail mix that includes dark chocolate and dried cranberries. This combination feels right for me.
This recipe is from Pinterest, by Laura, her Blog is Peace But Not Quiet.
It is simple, and I like almonds in mine.
Ingredients
- 1 c dried cranberries
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c white chocolate chips
- 1 c chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to six months.
