The Sparkle In Your Eyes

There is a spark.

It's inside of you.

You were born with it.

It's this awesome, energized, soulful, essence, energy, inspired BEING that is you!

Sometimes life is tough, and it feels like your spark might have burned out.

Sometimes people treat you badly, and it feels like they put out your spark.

Sometimes you feel uninspired in life and you're not sure where your spark went.

For some people, you might be like, "What spark?! I want to feel that and I just don't".

For others, you might be like, "I've got my spark, I love my spark, I'm living my spark!!".

One of the most saddening for things for me is to look in someone's eyes and see that their spark isn't there.

The eyes tell a story. The eyes really are one window into our soul.

And I'm so deeply and passionately interested in HOW to find that spark (which IS inside of each of us) and to REIGNITE it and UNLEASH it into action.

So today here are some suggested reflections to think about or journal if you want to make your "SPARK" shine brighter.

  • What does this inner "spark" mean to me?

  • Do I know what it feels like to have that SPARK inside of me and to let it shine?

  • Do I feel like my spark was been dulled - by me, by other people, by life?

  • Am I interested in feeling more of that spark inside of me (my spirit, my inspiration, my empowerment, my divine essence, my vitality that I was born with), and how do I think that would improve my life?

  • If I was a person who was letting my spark SHINE bright, what would that look like in action?

There are absolutely no right or wrong answers to these questions.

We all experience ourselves and life in a unique way.

I'm using the word SPARK as it has a sense of aliveness and vitality which demonstrates a core part of who we are.  You are ALIVE and VITAL, with a soul/spirit that is here to be fully expressed and bright. But you might use other words to describe what I'm talking about, so just insert your unique word if that feels better.

With love,
B
