The abnormal life situation that I find trapped in, and very difficult is still leaving me in a state of loss, bereavement, and longing for my former life. I am working very hard to bring myself peace, however I continue to be discontent, the turmoil of the past 10 months is within me. My spirit is calling me to find peace, and quiet, to release worry that has been walking beside me for these many months. I have been living in flight or fight mode. My Spirit will help me to recover and be able to feel right in my world. I have my courage and strength to continue to rely on.

I have had a terrible time writing blog posts. It is difficult to express my thoughts. At times tears come to my eyes when writing a post. I will continue on with my blog....it has become some kind of life journal for me.
In these uncertain times please remember as you speak up for what you believe you are acting with courage.
Please remember that every time you support and encourage another woman you affirming your own bravery and hers.
Every day that you rise up despite personal challenges and uncertain global and cultural circumstances you are acting with courage.

My Darlings
Each of us is here for a purpose, a sacred commitment that is our service to the goodness of the world and for our own growth and evolution.
There are many days when I'm not sure what my purpose is, when I question my purpose.
But I do know there is a Spirit within me that sustains me not only in my daily life but also in those moments of personal turmoil and concern for our world as this tumultuous year continues to march on. When I quiet the chatter and anxiety and worry both inside my mind and from the world around me, I am able to hear the quiet voice of my Spirit.
I remember the reason I am here is to live up to the purpose of my Spirit.
And I am able to continue on.
