This is a terrible funk that I have been caught in, life is indeed a path that sometimes goes wrong. Very wrong! Nothing prepared me for this ongoing situation.
Grief is not always connected to death. Grief can indeed be connected with losses along the way. I was not prepared for the old man's continued illness. I am disappointed that his physicians don't seem interested in the need for follow up care beyond a week or so.
I have control over me...
Today, I had a long talk with me! I must bring out the Mama Grizzly that is inside me. I need that courage to push myself out of this funk. To take a stand for me, and to continue to push on.
So, no more wallowing in this horrible, muddy, mess around me. It is more about changing what I will do for this time.
