Most people don’t say no because something doesn’t make sense... They say no because choosing would require them to trust themselves again.
Trust that they’ll follow through..
Trust that they won’t quit halfway... Trust that this time won’t turn into another thing they regret..
So instead of deciding.. they pause.
They “think about it", they wait for certainty.. but certainty doesn’t come before action. It comes AFTER commitment.
I’ve learned this the hard way trust me: hesitation is rarely about money, timing, or information. It’s about self trust.
Especially for people who’ve spent years in survival mode, overgiving, holding everything together, and making decisions for everyone else...
Indecision feels responsible but over time it becomes EXPENSIVE.
Not just financially but emotionally.
Because every time you talk yourself out of something that could move you forward, you reinforce the belief that you can’t trust your own judgment.
And that belief keeps people stuck far longer than any “wrong” decision ever could...
The people who build lives they’re proud of aren’t the ones who waited until they felt ready. They’re the ones who learned how to choose calmly, intentionally and without pressure.
So if you’ve been feeling that sense that something needs to change… That’s not random...That’s awareness.
And awareness usually shows up right before alignment.
