Orange Cranberry Bread

This is so good, love it! Easy too. I am sure that you will too.


2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 c Fresh Orange Juice
1 T Orange Zest
2 T Canola Oil
1 Large Egg
1 1/2 c Fresh Cranberries


Preheat oven to 375, and lightly spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan.
Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add in orange zest, orange juice, egg, and oil. Mix until just combined. Stir in the fresh cranberries. Spread into the loaf pan.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Turn out onto a cooling rack.
