I was doing my morning watering of patio plants, using a watering can. Suddenly a hummingbird that was at a feeder came over to the watering can. She wanted a bath. She went right into the water coming out on the plants. Wow! Just about 7 seconds...I was stunned!
I have enjoyed and fed these birds for over 4 decades. I am thrilled. I have heard stories of misters attracting them. They will fly through a sprinkler, and even hovering in sprinklers.
